Carl Tomlinson, trained with Coopers and Lybrand before joining Unipart and then for 15 years ran a £ 5million, multi-site, family manufacturing business. Carl, who is now a trained coach and mentor as well as providing his services as a virtual finance director with VFD.Net, will tell you what he has learned about the practicalities in the financial and operational management of a manufacturing company. A qualified coach, and the founder of an online community for Mental Health, Amanda brings a unique perspective to financial and cash flow management. She is chair of the Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes branch of the IoD.
